Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 calendar days after payment confirmation. Calendar days include weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from transit time.
International Shipping We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: estimated delivery within 7–12 calendar days after dispatch. This estimate does not include the 1–2 calendar days required to process your order.
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 7–14 business days
- Rest of the World: 14–30 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
